Limited Warranty Coverage
"Bright Home Lights" warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer") that the LED light is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
Warranty Benefits
During the Warranty Period, Manufacturer will repair or replace, at its option, any defective Product or part, free of charge. The repaired or replaced Product will be covered for the remaining original Warranty Period.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Failure to follow the Product's instructions and guidelines.
- External factors such as acts of nature, power surges, or improper electrical connection.
- Any use of the Product that is not in accordance with the Product manual or guidelines.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, the Customer must:
- Contact Manufacturer's Customer Service at support@brighthomelights.com to initiate the warranty process.
- Provide a proof of purchase, including the original receipt or invoice.
- Ship or deliver the Product, at Customer's expense, to Manufacturer's designated service center.
Limitation of Liability
Manufacturer's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product or part. In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or any other economic loss.
Non-Coverage of Open Source Software
This Limited Warranty explicitly covers defects in materials and workmanship related to LED lights manufactured and supplied by "Bright Home Lights." However, it does not extend to any open-source software components or third-party software applications that may be included or embedded within the Product. Software and source code is free and available for everyone.
Non-Coverage of Labor
This Limited Warranty specifically covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the LED lights purchased from "Bright Home Lights." However, it does not cover costs associated with labor for the installation, removal, or replacement of the defective Product.
Labor charges, including but not limited to those incurred for diagnosis, repair, or any other related services, are expressly excluded from the scope of this warranty. The Purchaser shall bear the full responsibility for any labor costs incurred in connection with the warranty claim.
Non-Transferability of Warranty
This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the LED lights and is non-transferable. The benefits and coverage provided by this warranty are exclusive to the Purchaser and may not be assigned or transferred to any subsequent owner or third party.
Any attempt to transfer this warranty shall render it void. Only the original Purchaser, who provides valid proof of purchase, is entitled to the benefits of this Limited Warranty. Subsequent owners or users of the Product, whether obtained through resale, gift, or other means, are not covered under this warranty.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
Except as expressly provided herein, Manufacturer makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
State Law Rights
This warranty gives the Customer specific legal rights, and the Customer may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
