SmartThings Integration Guide
Choose which supported BHL Cloud devices and saved presets appear in Samsung SmartThings, then open SmartThings to organize and use them.
How does the SmartThings connection work?
BHL Cloud controls which supported devices and saved presets are shared with SmartThings. Enable a device, choose its preset visibility, select Sync and Save, and then open SmartThings to finish organizing and testing it.
Confirm your controller is already connected to BHL Cloud before starting. Labels may change as the apps improve.
Sign in to BHL Cloud from the Bright Home Lights app or web app and confirm the supported controller appears online in your account.
Open Settings in the Bright Home Lights app, select SmartThings, and find the device you want to share.
Turn on Show device in SmartThings. Leave it off for any device that should remain hidden from SmartThings discovery.
Select Off to hide preset shortcuts, First 5 to share the first five saved presets, or Choose to select specific presets.
Select Sync, then Save. Use Open SmartThings to verify the device and available preset scene buttons.
